this is the letter regarding my participation in the upcoming seminar.

I am mohamed rafi working with our company from the past three years, I have the interest to join in the seminar which is going to held in next month. Also on the other side, you are aware I am very trained and experience in the same subject, I have full confidence that can perform well.

Apart from this, I need some more details when this event going to conduct, which date, complete program. Not only I like to know where will be the accommodation and the cost of if, will be very thankful.
