I am writing to inform you about the accident that happened to me while I was driving on Abc Street, Charlestown.
My name is Rahi Honarvar and I hired a BMW from the main branch of your company that is located in the Main Road Street, on 27th of November for the duration of 5 days.
Unfortunately, I had an accident while I was driving to the suburbia yesterday. I was in my way that suddenly a car smashed my car and it damaged the back of the car. Although the damage is not too much, there are some visibe scratches on the back of the car.
Since I did not know about the rules and conditions of this state I waited until the police arrived and provided a report for the insurance company as well as your company. This report is available at the police station and you can check it in case of any need for investigation. I will arrange to take back the car to the company tomorrow.
