Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing in connection with the three days trip of students out of the country, more specifically Denmark. I am Roxana’s father and I heard from her that you are looking for some parents to accompany students on this trip.

I would like to let you know that I am willing to join this trip as I always want to go to Denmark and visit there. I have heard many things about their wonderful history and the modern technologies they are using. However, what makes it more interesting for me is their culture of cycling. Nevertheless, I can provide some help such as assuring that students are safe all the time as I have worked for the police force over 20 years. In addition, I can help also if a student got injured since I have passed first aid courses though we hope it is never needed,

Could you please provide some extra information about the journey such s date and time of departure? It will be appreciated if you also give some details about planned activities.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Sorena
