Your friend has difficulty remembering certain kinds of information. He sometimes forgets people’s names and he recently forgot to submit a class assignment on time. What advice would you give to your friend to help him remember these kinds of important information?
having good[s1] memory is one of the crucial factors in achieving success in our lives. In fact, the good memory can help us to perform our tasks on-time. if one of my friend[s2] has difficulty in remembering specific information or some work to do on-time, I will have two suggestion[s3] for him[s4] . which, I will elaborate in two paragraphs below.
first, in my point of view playing mental games such as Sudoku or filling crossword can help him to improve his ability in memorizing and remembering information. Today’s life style confronts us with a lot of stresses[s5] and various issues in our lives which have negative influences on our ability to remembering[s6] details. some kind of games designed[s7] to challenge our ability in remembering information, which cause we think about the answer of the questions. also, due to the limited[s8] time has been considered for the answers in the game; we try to remember the answers faster, in order to win the game[s9] . however, if we could not able recall the data, we would be able to remember it faster in the next time[s10] . The more times we doing[s11] mental game, the more we could improve our mind activity in remembering information. For instance[s12] according to the survey[s13] have been done on more than 250 students[s14] in the Berlin university, the students who played the mental games regularly had higher ability in remembering information. As a result, playing mental games can helps[s15] my friend to improve his memorizing and remembering ability.
second, I think my friend can use of[s16] a small calendar notebook and carry it everywhere by himself and write his tasks in it. Most of us have various kind[s17] of works to do during a day and we have limited ability in memorizing all of them on-time. [s18] however, when we write our future tasks in an annals note book, we can refer to our note in each day and set a plan each day [s19] according to their importance. For example, I know a professor who is one of the successful person I have ever seen in my life. In addition[s20] , he has a busy life and he deals with plenty of works[s21] at the same time. I wondered[s22] how he could manage his time in order to do all that stuffs[s23] . Finally, one day I saw him with a small calendar notebook in his hands. when I asked him about the secret of doing a lot of works[s24] in each days[s25] , he shows his note book to me and explained how it helped him to remember his tasks. Then, I make a brief watch on its pages[s26] ; I can remember that the pages of future dates of its notebook was[s27] almost full and he could easily do that works just by glimpse on the pages at the beginning of each day. Therefore, I will suggest my friend to use of[s28] small calendar notebook and write his works in it and review them at the beginning of each day.
In sum, I have two suggestion to my friend in order to improve his ability to memorize the information and remember his works. The first one is playing mental games, which can help him to improve his memory ability. The second is using of a calendar notebook and write his future tasks in it, also, he should review each date at the beginning of a day.
