Your friend is taking an exam and has asked you to help him her with studying because he she knows that you usually do well Write a letter to your friend In your letter Tell him her how you study Give him her some advice about the week before the exam Exp

Dear Sam,

I got your letter and came to know about your board exams. As you are seeking some tips from me, so its better you follow the approach as I'm mentioning here.

The very important things which I ensure during my examination is meditation. This is because I believe practicing it daily will help us to rejuvenate ourselves and refreshes our mind to learn quickly. Moreover, I also do the preparation with planning by making a time table and strictly adhering to it.

You can refer to any material either books provided by school or internet but when a week is left than restrict your self upto books or self made notes. Apart from it, start focusing on previous years questions as most likely 40% of them repeats always. Even you have to follow a healthy diet, eat fibre rich food such as oats, green salad etc that will make you more energetic.

On the examination day there is no need to panic just relax and do the activities that makes you happy. I usually listen to music as by doing so we can focus during examination. Don't take a heavy breakfast have curd with honey or milk and toast.

I hope this piece of advice will benefits you and good luck for your examination.

Yours faithfully,
Roman Cream.
