Dear Thompson

I am doing well and hope that you are also sailing on the same boat. I came to know that you have planned to visit Shimla to spend your vacations at the start of next month. I am pleased that you want to spend a quality time with me by staying at my place during your visit to my city. But, sorry to say, I will not be available at home at the time of your arrival.

I am going to Bangalore due to business requirement for fifteen days next month. It will not be possible for me to stay with you during your trip. I was very happy when I read your letter that you are coming to live at my home with your family and we will be meeting after three years. But, all of my excitement got ruined when I received an e-mail from my manager for a business trip coming month.

You should not worry about your stay. You can live at my place with my parents, they will be overwhelmed seeing you after long time. Otherwise, if possible, could you change your plan and come a few days earlier than your planned journey.

Appolozise once again. Waiting for your response!!!!!!!!!!

Yours truly
Daniel
