I have recently got an admission in your esteemed institute and writing this letter to tell you about the accommodation requirements for the first year.
I am new to the city and not aware of the surrounding so I would prefer to live just at a walking distance from the college. I am very much conscious related to my studies so want to stay in a single room. If, it would not be possible then, I can adjust in double sharing room but the condition would be that the another student must be of my branch. In this way, it would be helpful for me in studies and to complete the homework given be the tutors.
After studying eight hours in classes, it would not be possible to prepare food. Hence, I want to have a room with food facility available and I am purely vegetarian. Also, I am allergic to spicy and fried food.
