Your local council have asked locals suggestions in how to keep the city cleaner. Write a letter to council.

• tell how the community will benefit by keeping the city clean.
Respected John,
I received letter from council yesterday and was asked to share suggestion for city cleaning. I intend to write this letter to share my views and recommendations in this regard. First and foremost, council needs to schedule daily garbage van visits to the whole council community. This enforcement would ensure timely garbage collection from every council house resulting in cleaner streets and homes.
I truly believe that clearing is not only government responsibility, rather every individual is equally accountable. Residents should take the ownership to ensure cleanness around their area and dispose off rubbish to a designated area of submit to garbage van timely. Furthermore, one week day should be assigned and named as “ weekly cleaning day” in which every resident participate in streets and parks cleaning.
No one can deny the innumerable benefits of clean city and surroundings. This activity would encourage more tourists and reduce environmental pollution resulting in healthy environment and healthy people.
I am sure you would take my suggestions under consideration.
Yours Sincerely,
Sam
