Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter with regard to an advertisment printed on last sunday edition mentioned that you are organising and award giving event for to a person who had done enormous work for the society and local residents, and you have given the opportunity to the readers to give their opinion, so I would like to suggest the name of the person which I thought really deserve this award.
As per my opinion , Most deserving person is our city's mayor Mr. Jan , he has done tremandously great work for our city , as we all know in the past our city was not well connected with the road , rail network, also there were no college for higher education, but once he elected as a city mayor, the image of our city has been changing day by day. Now, our town is well connected with road and rail, also a new college has been constructed for the youth, moreover, because of his efforts many financialy poor students got scholership.
Finally, I personally feel that it would be wonderful award if you make a statue of him, so that people will never forget him and his effort.
Hope you will consider my suggestion.
Your Faithfully,
Satpreet Singh
