Dear Mike,
I just received your letter, and I am sorry that you were disturbed due to the noise coming out of my apartment. I had no idea that this would disturb you to such extent, again my apologies for causing inconvenience to you.
The primary reason for such disturbance was due to the leakage of water from my kitchen, which I was trying to fix it at my own. As a result, you would have heard a lot of hammering sounds. Initially, I thought to have it fixed it in a day, but it took me long unexpectedly.
After receiving your complaint, I have immediately called the professional to come to my apartment to fix the water leakage issue. In addition, I also have scheduled the time tomorrow in the afternoon that would be during office hours and will make sure to complete it by the evening.
I again apologize for causing inconvenience to you, and I promise that it will not happen in the future again.
