Dear Mr and Mrs Roy,
I am writing this letter to thank you for inviting us in the party that you are holding at your home next saturday. However, owing to the other conspicuous plans to go out with the family members, I am unable to attend this auspicious occasion.
I am having to go with my kids for the celebration of their friend's birthday. Suddenly ,we got the invitation from the them to attend the birthday party. So, this is the first , i have to go with my kids for their happiness. Being a good parent, I cannot repudiate to this plan of my kids.
I make sure for celebrating the party, we can meet you on a weekend and have some quality time together.Please let me know when you can do that.
