Dear Mike,
Hello. I am writing this letter to discuss the issue that I have. Laura, who is living next door, seems like she enjoys listening to music during midnight. I can hear the music in my bedroom at 1 am every single night. I usually go to bed before 11 pm since I have to wake up early in the morning to get to the work.
However, the noise keeps bothering me and I am lack of sleeping recently. Although I use noise-cancelling earplugs, it is so loud that I could hear the song over the wall when I am in bed.
To deal with the problem, I would like to ask you to talk to Laura about the noise and ask her to use headphones at night if she really wants to play music. Or if possible, you could ask her to move her unit in the other apartment building since the building has been built with thicker and noise cancelling walls. I am looking forward to hearing from you about this problem soon. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Koko
