Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you regarding my unavailability to join our firm on 2 August 2019 as depicted in my appointment letter.
The condition is such that my maternal uncle has visited my home for a small stay to visit a Cancer specialist in my city, as he is suffering from lung cancer, which is n the last stage and i have to be with him. Moreover, my parents are currently out of station for business purpose, leaving me alone and even my brother is so small to take care of my house.
Furthemore, I would be thankful that i have received the letter from your firm as I would definitely never miss an opportunity to work in your organization. In addition, the interviewers were so kindly that they understood my capabilities to work in a higly trained atmosphere you have in the company.
However, i would prefer to provide few suggestions. Firstly, you might provide me another date in the coming month of September or even after that. Secondly provide me the opportunity to attend interview in the coming year with priority in selection.
