Essay topics:

The aging population is good for business, the economy and society. Others disagree. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In many countries, especially in Japan, European and American countries have an increasing number of an aging population. Some people think that it is good for business, economy, and society, while others totally get disagree with the statement. In my opinion, Holding many of the aged population will be a threat to any country.

In one hand, the country who has experienced population have some benefits like they have the number of people with senior authority. They have a good understanding and knowledge about overcoming the crisis and provide enough guidance to manage well-being in the country. They provide assistance and adding up into the GDP of the country by moving out their businesses effectively. They can keep up the patience level and optimism at working place with maturity. They take responsibility and authority very seriously. They have lesser turnover rates.

On the other hand, It has many disadvantages which can be challenging for a country. Many countries like India has a higher number of young population and have high staff which is the biggest competitive edge between the countries. Lack of potential adults has a drastic impact over the countries growth. The older employees do not acquire fast pace skills and capabilities easily. they even have so many health issues which can be disgraceful for them to focused on work. The production capacity was of aged people much lesser than younger workers. They can get depressed and get lazy due to their growing age. people of the aged group take so much time to complete the work on time, caused delays and overlapping of work.

In conclusion, the aged population not survived in a few next years of changing world, where young talents are necessary to fulfill the competition gap and for achieving the countries growth and power among the world.
