The situation in employment get changed<span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="employment "></span> since companies look over to the other benefits given to the employees. Choosing the right job sincerely have involved so many things to consider but some people argued that the only consideration for going to any job is looking for the salary offered by the employer. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this statement because today the factor of salary mostly taken as a secondary thing, primary things includes a lot of classification to chose <span class="hiddenGrammarError" pre="which "></span>before getting into a job.
In one hand, the people who negotiate the salaries can have good incomes and base payments monthly. They feel secure in terms of getting a protective amount of money so they could make savings and spent it on other investments while maintaining prosperous life. In this instance, the job seekers forget the other internal things to consider who let them feel happy internally and socially interacted towards different groups. The other advantages ignored by them that's why many employees have a feeling of dissatisfaction and lack of focus into the work environment.
On the other hand, people nowadays have some purpose to choose that significant job. The job they want to do be more creative and putting subsequent resources for their career growth as well. Generally, the businesses provide enough information on the job letter about the rules and regulations of their company, bonuses, health benefits, medical insurance, vacations, and overtime paid hours. After considering all of this still employees have different requirements on the basis of their needs, such as the different groups of departments organize monthly get together and parties during weekdays to enjoy and spend quality life with colleagues. Moreover, the better working environment, freedom, flexible working hours, training and workshops provided by the companies also comes along with these factors. Additionally, the latest trend occurs in this sector to support those employees who want to pursue further courses which bring them skills and productivity by giving them loans and scholarships.
In conclusion, I would argue that the circumstances and the necessity of public have drastically moved to another level. The demands in terms of internal satisfaction increases and external requirements seem declined. The employees need to know about everything before joining any job so they do not feel stressed and unhappy with their work life.
