The given bar chart indicates a survey on two different age groups on the factors contributing to make their enviornment pleasant for working.
It can be seen, performance at work is affected by internal and external factors. Some of the interanal factors are: team spirit which is termed as feeling of pride and loyality among the members of team, respect from colleagues, competent boss that is a person who have specific ability in particular skill and job satisfaction instigates person to perform extraordinarilly.
Apart from this, there are some external factors which are key reasons behind good performance such as; need for money to fulfil personal desires, job security. In additions to this enviornment at the place of work, chances for promotion also plays important role in performance.
Overall, it is evident that the internal factor have simillar response from two age group while they had dissimillar response on external favtors
