Balancing work with life is pretty much challenging to everyone in today's world. It is a fact, people are overloaded with work to achieve their goals. Unfortunately, most of them couldn't able to give time to their personal life for a longer period and some until their retirement, but there are some who make it possible. Notting is impossible if people figure it out to balance them according to the plan.
Demanding of the situation employers are forcing themselves to work more than they required, either for more pay or pressure from the organization, which led them to forget their family life and get exhausted by the end of the day. There are other reasons, such as falling in the trap of highly paid companies, in that case, employers barely get public holidays or leaves to visit their own. In other words desperate people who needs the job, they don't go with the reviews, benefits, and location of the organization before they opt, such as timings, project, public holidays, annual leaves, etc. instead, they go with high salary and get shoved with a long period of contract.
Others are more into benefits, location, and choosing comfortable projects which makes them stress less and have a balanced life. They make time for their loved ones according to their own schedule. Thinking about the high salary among these people, they are intelligent to choose high paid organizations including with all the benefits they needed.
Finally, to conclude, one must be careful enough to choose the right career opportunity to get satisfied at work and in family life.
