One of the big issues in some parts of the world today is that of unhealthy lifestyles and the effects that unhealthy lifestyles have on people and society . This is not just a personal issue, it's also a social and medical one .
For a lot of people , it's easy to have an unhealthy lifestyle . They spend most of their time sitting at desks at work . In fact , this has become more and more true of people over time , because jobs are involved physical movement have been replaced by jobs involving computers .
Another reason is that they use their cars for every journey instead of walking sometimes . So they get very little exercise , and this is very bad for them . And many people , in particular young people , spend a lot of their free time sitting down and looking at screens . They watch movies or play computer games all the time , instead of going out and doing sport and taking exercise . Food is another issue . Nowadays , many people eat junk food all the time and this is very bad for you .
People are very aware of this issue and they want to stay fit and healthy . In most places , it's not difficult to do this . There are gyms and fitness centres where people can go , and lots of people do this . In addition , there is a lot of information about what to eat and it's not difficult or expensive to eat healthy food . The whole subject gets a lot of publicity in the media . As a result of all this , many people find it's easy to stay fit and healthy .
In conclusion , it's very easy for a lot of people to have unhealthy lifestyles and this can cause medical problems because they can eventually require some kind of medical treatment , which puts more pressure on the medical profession . On the other hand , it's not at all difficult for people to avoid these problems by taking regular exercise and eating healthy food .
