The table compares the mean precipitation of a month in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Jakarta, Cairo, and London for a year.

Overall, Hong Kong has the maximum rainfall where Cairo has the least. Most of the cities have the highest rainfall in the middle of the year.

According to the table, for the first six months, rainfall is in increasing order for Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Jakarta but Cairo and London have reverse order. The Jakarta has 300mm of rainfall in January which is followed by London with 80mm, Tokyo with 48mm, Hong Kong contains 24mm and the least precipitation in Cairo of 7mm. For the next following months, the rainfall in Hong Kong and Tokyo rises gradually but the other three cities have a decline.

Again for the second half, In August the rainfall grow up by 354mm than January in Hong Kong, which is the highest throughout the period, and slumping down for rest months in Hong Kong and Tokyo. In contrast, in Jakarta and London rain amount is constantly growing till the end of the year but Cairo has no rainfall from September to December. By the end, Jakarta has the highest rainfall of 210mm where other cities have under 80mm.
