Overall, it is obvious that the payout for teachers' salaries has the most significant amount, conversely the percentage of Insurance is result as the lowest number at the beginning of the given period.

Admittedly, It is noticed that the rate of book resources, other workers' salaries and Furniture/ equipment has the same percentage of payment in the given three periods. Moreover, what is remarkable is the income of teachers' were 5% more in 1991, however, this section shown 15% declined sharply across 10 years.

On the other hand, It is to mention that the quantity of furniture and equipment were conveyed by 15% in 1981, somehow this percentage had displayed plummeted dramatically by 10% and then dropped up to 5%. In 1991, the proportion of furniture and equipment were showcased upward trend by 1%, unfortunately, this fraction of percentage did not added in the end of the given period.
