Due to advancement in technology and industrialisation, life has become hectic and complex and it can be further worsened if new generation people do not organize and plan their lives. Some people aver that planning is not important in today's busy life and they deal with the task on first in first out approach. In contrast, i believe, that the people should have a knack to orchestrate tasks and with such ability they can achieve the desired results.
To begin with, planning and organizing are the two main pillars of success. I concur that young people have agile mind and they have multitasking skills, however tasks not effectively planned could lead to mayhem in ones life. Today in various reputed institutes, time management and work management are being taught to equip students with these traits and once learned, the people should be encouraged to use these in their personal and professional life. On the other hand, i believe the experienced elder people very well plan and organize due to the fact that they know the importance of these abilities which young people are not aware of.
Furthermore, organizing and planning also help in reducing stress, it gives insight of various benevolent facets of these abilities. For instance, due to lack of planning in government offices, often people complain of missing files and inappropriate documents issued but lately computers have been installed in these offices for proper management. Young people should take advantage of inbuilt trait that current education system has taught them before their exposure to the real corporate world.
To recapitulate, i would recommend that one should rely on ones basic instincts of working, however the effective tools for planning and organizing would definitely improve the ones hold on life and future.
