To John,
It's been a long time since we met with each other. I'm writing this letter to tell you that about 6 months ago, I had applied to Queen's University for doing my further studies and yesterday, I received a confirmation mail from them that I got admit incoming fall semester.
My course is divided into 4 semesters and the time duration of each semester is 6 months. So, it's 2 years' study. My classes will start on the 20th of September. I have classes on alternate days.
As you already know, the Financial condition of my family is not so good and I am the elder son of the family. Therefore, I will be requiring a part-time job to pay my living expenses and repay my tuition fee.
Once you told me that you are working in a huge store called Wallmart. So, Can you ask form your friends or from your manager, if there is any vacancy for me?
I look forward to hearing from you. Also, pay my regards to your parents on behalf of me.
