Some people think that the best way to run a business in within the family
What are the advantage and disadvantage.
While the strategies for opening a business is varrying person to person and some prefer to run an enterprise within the family. To run a business with in family has both merits and demerits which I will portray in this essay in subsequent paragraphs.
As far as my views are concerned, it brings a lot of prose. The predominant advantage is stability, final position typically determine who leads the business and as a result there is usually longevity in leadership, which results in overall stability within the organization. Leaders stay in that positions until a life event such as illness or retierment and a death will not occur. Moreover, everyone knows about each others positive and negative points so they work according to their strengthn areas and they will co-operate with each other judicously to acquire the goals of the organisation. In addition, they will work with all their work spirit because their own sentiments are attached with the organisation and if the firm will go in downfall then it automatically impact on them to ward of they worked hard for the company due to the aftermath of these companies will always good. Hence, this is the reason, why family business are almost sucessful.
It is commonly said that every coin has two sides so it also its another darkside. Primarily con is family conflicts, well conflicts are bound to happen at any firm but sometimes after a passage of time it altered in terrible conflicts, because the family members are involved in it due to this then it can be more difficult to solve and results in difficult ending. For instance, in 2005, the famous dispute between the sons of reliance industries founder DhiruBhai Ambani, Mukesh and Anil, divided India's largest petro chemical manufacturer when all was said and done make retain control of the petrochemical business while Anil became chairman of Reliance capital, reliance Communications and Reliance energy in addition, sometimes the primitive family members does not allowed his new generation to try the new experiments in the company to ward off the fear of awful outcomes, which might be helpful in tremendous strides of the organisation.
To recapitulate, everyone has their own use I do not deny any of them but I closeted that to run a business in the family has a lot of benefits. Although it has some disadvantages but its advantages overweight the disadvantages.
