Why people travel more these days and to think about the benefits of travel.

Traveling is one of the greatest ways to relax after working or studying. I think that is why more and more people prefer spending their free time on traveling. There are many benefits of travel, such as re-energize ourselves and explore new things.

First of all, traveling is about relaxing. It is time to rebuild ourselves physically and mentally. After few months working busily, there will be time that we need to book a nice resort and few days to lie on the beach and enjoy the quietness of nature. For instance, I always plan to have couple of trips during the year to re-energize. After those trips, I can refresh my mind and get ready for work.

Secondly, travel is not only about relaxing but also about experiencing. There was an article published lately about how to spend money, and they concluded that the money we spend on traveling always gives us interest. Interest here possibly mean the experience we get after a journey. It can be the taste of the food, the traditional culture at the area we visit.

In general, I believe that traveling can bring great benefits to our life.
