Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to register a complaint about the internet service you are providing me. I have been using the virgin internet modem for a long time, but recently it started giving me hard time with internet connectivity as well as low web speed too.
Last weekend, I was at my apartment and surfing on the internet, suddenly my laptop lost connectivity with the modem you provided me with the internet plan I chose a year back. I tried a lot but I was out of luck and did not get connected at that time I needed to use my phone data to complete an important project work related to my work. At that time I thought it might be some difficulties with the modem, but out of my surprise, it started happening, again and again, every single day. However, since that day, the internet download speed dramatically reduced almost half of the plan speed.
I would like you to send an engineer to fix my problem as soon as possible, as my company wants me to do work from home, and without a good internet connection, I won't be able to begin my work. I also heard the same problem regarding your service in my neighborhood recently. I would like it to be fixed before the holidays over.
Moreover, I did not use your service for one week and used my own data through my phone, so as a consequence I would like you to reimburse me and also want you to reduce my plan by $5 to my regular plan. I have never thought to leave your company but if it won't get resolved very soon then I have no choice and transfer my connection to other service providers.
I hope you consider my situation and do your best to solve the mess I had to face with lowering my bill for the remaining months of this year.
