I am writing this letter to bring to your notice about the minor accident, I had in your supermarket.
I am a regular visitor of your supermarket for past one year. I am living in Green Leaf apartment, located in the same street, just opposite your shop. My weekly shopping would never end without swiping my credit card at your shop.
Last Sunday, I came to buy vegetables at 10:30 AM. While i was searching for onion, I hit the fruit box placed in the pathway. Since i was carrying basket full of vegetables, I fell down unable to balance myself.
This kind of accidents can be avoided if we regularly clear the intrusions in the pathway by having dedicated employees for this. We cannot let such type of accidents happen to the elderly persons which can become fatal sometimes. Hope, not just me, anyone would not have similar incident in future in your supermarket.
