Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to undertake your approval for a training course which is needed to cope with the change in my work responsibilities lately. Let me explain briefly.
To elucidate last year I was accountable for handling the implementation of the telecom projects across the Asia Pacific. Although it majorly involved interfacing with external vendors and placement of purchase orders, however, I had to do a bit of travelling as well in order to complete the project in tight deadlines. Additionally, I had to hold regular meetings with the services team to follow up on any pending tasks from the installation perspective. Furthermore, from executing many successful projects last year there were many functional areas which required improvement for instance coordination with the customer, delivering status updates to the customer at each completion stage.
Lastly, as you are aware that I have been given additional responsibility for solution design for telecom networks hence I would need your approval for network design and link budget analysis training
which will help me in not only design but also help in the reduction of cost of networks.
