Dear Sir,

I am writing to appreciate your efforts for organizing a successful birthday party for my aunt.

The birthday was celebrated on Dec 25th at Grand View Hotel and had a gathering of nearly 100 guests. Although I made the booking at last hour but your staff was kind enough to entertain my request. The party was organized in the beautiful Chelmsford garden near by the roman pond.

Although there were many reasons for the party to be successful but the pivotal reasons were the immaculate preparation by your staff, ambience and quality of the food. The panoramic view of garden decorated with lavender and roses along with the warmth of bonfire provided additional comfort. Additionally the guests appreciated the variety of the cuisines served by your staff. Moreover the joint idea by your staff to serve welcome drinks to the guests was a hit and I am sure many people will follow this gesture at their celebration.

Lastly one of your servers Mr. Tom made sure that everyone was attended. He went an extra mile by making arrangements for hot water and wheel chair for some elderly guests. I am sure without his help this party would not be so successful.

Yours faithfully

Steve
