Do you agree or disagree with the following statement To improve the quality of education universities should spend money on salaries university professors Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer

University professors play significant roles in universities thus, they should be admired and considered as momentous members. Universities try to enhance the quality of education by several methods; one of these methods is increasing the professor’s salary. Some people agree with spending money on salaries, but others disagree and recommend other ways as improving the quality of education. As far as I am concerned, I disagree with improving salaries because of education quality enhancement. I, personally, suggest that by monitoring and tracking professor’s lectures, and giving scores to professors associated with student’s opinions, can make the quality of education better.
First of all, the quality of professor’s courses could improve education in universities. The professors should present the lectures as well as they can, in addition, their exams must be correctly evaluated the student’s knowledge. So, the universities can monitor the professors in their classes by the camera. If one of these professors makes a mistake, the university investigates the problem in order to increase the quality of education. For instance, the Amirkabir university published a journal paper in 2016 about monitoring professors could improve education. The university has tracked the math classes for three years and they have seen a major improvement in student’s not only grades but also their satisfaction.
Second, the university should make a system that students can give a grade to every professor. Also, the university must employ statistics staff in order to analyze the data and after that, they should talk to professors to improve their activities. For example, Tehran university has started this plan in 2000, so it can improve its ranking from 400 in Qs ranking to 200. When they are asked about their achievement, they state that after every semester, they collect the data and analyze them carefully. So, they can identify the professors who did not perform as far as expected. They send an email to professors and asked them to solve the problem for next semester. Besides, the university can increase the salaries by the number of papers that professors have published in journals or conferences.
To sum up, with all this taken into account, increasing the professor’s salaries can not be caused to effective education. Professors could be tracked in classes by the camera to monitor their quality of teaching. Additionally, the students should give grades to their professors so they could better their quality of activities.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
