Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

Because modern life is very complex, it is essential for young people to have the ability to plan and organize.

Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Modern life is very complicated and it is not a thing that can be neglected. The complexity spread to all aspects of our life. In this regard, some people believe that it is necessary for youth to have the ability to make a plan for their future. I, personally, accept with this mindset. In the following paragraphs, I will explain my reasons to clarify my viewpoint.

The first imperative reason coming to my mind is that in modern life the speed of the changes in different situations and daily usages is faster and people face more challenging problems every day. Every change will affect on and will be affected by other changes. Then, it increases the amount of complexity in the world. Young people should consider this complexity and if they want to be a successful person, must make a plan and follow their plan meticulously. For example, nowdays there is a new type of money named bitcoin. It is very hard for old people to learn how to interact with this type of currency. However, it will be one of the important parts of future life and young people should plan to learn how to work with it. In addition, if they want to have more role in their society and be more aware of their proximity progresses, they must search about the new and non-fame digital money and grasp how to deal with them too.

Another comparative reason, which deserves being mentioned here is that the knowledge is endless. All the time the scholars are studying and exploring the new method and new ways that develope the level of life and bring welfare for the people. Whether or not young people will confront with this new method of life one day. Some year later, maybe these new styles and modern ways of life be widespread. Then, the youth should have the ability to plan and organize it. In this way, they can go through with the development of society and will not have the main problem with living when they become old.

To sum up, based on the aforementioned paragraphs, not only the speed of changes in modern life is very fast but also these change will not be finished. As a result, the young people for having a good life and being up-to-dated need to have the ability to plan and organize.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
