Do you prefer to take a course taught by the professor with whom you
have not had classes before or a course taught by the professor whose
class you have taken before?

In today's world, many students have their own way to approach to study. Most college students pay more attention to improve their study in daily life. When comes to the question, should we prefer to take a course taught by a familiar professor or unfamiliar professor, Frankly speaking, choose to attend the course by the familiar professor is a wiser one.

To begin with, you can get a further understanding of the course which gives by the familiar professor. Because of you already had classes before, you could get accustomed to the professor's teaching method and learn the knowledge rapidly. My own experience is a compelling example. In my sophomore year, I choose a selective course about market advertising that the professor Bob is exactly our business teacher. In the beginning, everything was on the road as the way he teaching was funny and every student was very interested in this course. While in the mid-term professor Bob was assigned to an exchange program and he went to another university to research one month. Thus, the university sends another professor to continue this advertisement class, but I haven't taken his course before and his teaching method was so boring and tedious that most students fell asleep in class not mention get high efficiency in class.
What's more, taking a course which gives by a familiar professor is able to help students develop a strong relationship with the professor. As the professor know more about the students, they can also give students more advice during the interaction. Take my roommate as an example.
My roommate always takes the elective course which given by our chemical teacher Michael. When I asked him about his opinions, he answered chemical teacher is such an excellent professor who has a profound knowledge and humorous way of teaching. Accordingly, students are able to learn a quantity of knowledge and skills. Furthermore, my roommate was determined to become a remarkable professor like Michael in the future.
In conclusion, I strongly believed that we should take a course which gives by the professor who teaches us before because you can get further understanding in the course and because of it helps students develop a strong relationship with the professor.
