neighborhood
The neighberhood we live in is very important for us. we have lived in this place since 2000 and spend all of time of our life in this neighborhood. some residents agree with addtion a new movie theater, others don't. In my view, the addition the movie theater can have positive roles for two reasons.
The main reason is that the addition can decrease the number of crime in the neighborhood. this occurenese causes more peaceful. For example, when I was elementory school, some of rebillous youth in my neighberhood bother kids. I always was anxiety when I went to school.
The another reason is that, the movie theater entertainte all of people. this make us more fun and pleasure. For example, my brother preferred spend all of his time in home. He was bored and upset that there isn't place for fun.
In sum,though some may oppose the plan, a new movie theater woul be a graete addition to my hometown or any other city. Not only will the addition generate more fun and pleasure for residents but also the decreasing crime could help the city provide more peaceful. Every city should introduce downtown and fun place into commity.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

Minimum 250 words wanted.
