Which of the two options would you support and why?
In my opinion, modernizing and expanding a public library is the better option for spending public money in the community. There are several reasons why I believe this is the case.

By modernizing and expanding the library, more people would be able to use the facilities and take advantage of the resources and services offered. In conclusion, I believe that modernizing and expanding a public library is the better option for spending public money in the community.
