TPO-29 - Independent Writing Task Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? To improve the quality of education, universities should spend money on salaries university professors. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Universities are the vehicle, which provide the deeper knowledge about enormous topics and engage the students in their field of interest. Not surprisingly, it is a controversial question, whether educational institutes increase the budget for mentors’ salaries or not. In my opinion, it is necessary to spend money on the professor’s wage. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.

First and foremost, with the advent of modern technology, inflation has increased at the rapid pace, because of that societal expenditures become double from the past decades. If we want a high standard education from well qualified person, we need to pay them according to their qualification. My own experience is a compelling example of this. After passing high school, I chose a university which was near to my house, in order to do further studies, but I found that school staff had not hold extensive knowledge about particular subjects and had not conduct research projects. Because most of the educators were graduated and was doing part-time jobs and intellectual professors needed high salary, so they were not appointed here. However, my friends from the other university send me plentiful topics to write about their research project, which really made me worried. Finally, I transferred myself to other university, even though it was far from my area, but I got opportunity to upgrade my knowledge.

Secondly, when professionals are not fully paid, they look around for the other sources to earn money. As I mentioned in the above paragraph that financially security play a key role in today’s world. For instance, some teachers start taking extra-classes at their home and they do not pay fully attention in the class. My cousin's experience is an evidence of what i mean. he is studying in a business class and his professor has already mentioned that they all need tuition classes which he runs at his home. If they will not do so, it can considerably affect their annual grades. In such a scenario, schools are blamed for providing low quality education and fragile future to the youngsters. On the other hand, If his school mentors are paid with high wages, they would not done the things which cause bad impact at the students mind at the broaden scale.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that paying low salaries to the professors decline the quality of the education and also shows no respect for work ethics and it is a dangerous approach to teach the kids in a such environment.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
