4days workweek
To avoid the exploitation of employs 4 days of work week concept was introduced while lecture states that the 4days work week will be messy and costly.
Firstly in the passage it was written that many people are ready to work 4day with 80% of their original salary and this will help to reduce costly error because of more rest than usual while speaker opposes this by implying that this is not beneficial for company because hiring more people will increase the cost of training, payment as well as their cost of medical cover and it will need more office space and this point are not in favor of company.
Writer in passage said that reducing unemployment rate will be plus point where as in reality no additional jobs will be created and compitation will be increased for permanent position. company can offer their employees to work overtime to reduce the expenditure of company.
working 4days of work has advantage that employee can have more family time but speaker opposes this because he thinks that quality will be reduced and one has more chances of losing their jobs and employee working 5 days a week will be preferred over 4days worker.
