The aim of education?

In this day and age, the aim of education has become a controversial debate among public around the world. Although fulfilling people's lives is regarded as thoroughly both prominent and important by a considerable number of people, the others held the opposing view. I am inclined to highly believe that probable future work opportunities are resulted from a decent educational background and also could improve the positive characteristic of a society. This essay is going to discuss both sides of the argument.

There are various reasons why I believe that education should be compatible with the future career. First and foremost, one's career plays a pivotal role in their further successful which is nowadays argued endlessly. This may be attributed to the fact that contributing to a money-making activity creates a sense of accomplishment and competence, which consequently opens a new avenue to further achievements. From my own experience as an educated person, the acceptable economic situation of a family brought about a significant development psychologically. Therefore, the profitable influences of the foregoing matter are undeniable.

However, there is no doubt that choosing a university major without satisfaction can lead to negative consequences, and can devitalize youth with countless variables, which inevitably leads to irreversible impacts. For instance, a study conducted by Harvard University researchers in 2010 has revealed that increased rate of divorce is inversely correlated with people who their career are not fulfilled their life. Hence, the drawbacks are obvious, and they can potentially impose irreparable impacts on city dweller's life.

To conclude, weighing all arguments up against each other, I would strongly agree with the positive side of academic courses for further job opportunities. Although this attitude has its drawbacks on the society such as depression, it can be much more positive, that is regarded as a prominent feature of education for future.
