In many organizations, perhaps the best way to approach certain new projects is to assemble a group of people into a team. Having a team of people attack a project offers several advantages. First of all, a group of people has a wider range of knowledge,

The article claimed that the best way to be more productive is to assemble workers into groups. However, the lecturer oppsed the idea and brought up another thoughts about teamwork.

The writer see teamwork as an improvement because there are going to be a lot of different knowledges and skills that a single person hardly have and that a group can take more responsibility than a single person. But the professor brought up some thoughts opposed to that. One is that after six month of experiment by the company, they found that some workers within did not work as expected and some workers work more than others. And they are hardly recognized in a group.

Second, although the article said that it is better to make a decision as a group than a person, the professor said that in some projects, because of different voices in a group, it was hard to make an agreement and consequently hindered the progress.

Moreover, the writer thought that acting as a group provides a great oppurtunity for some to shine. But the lecturer rejected that some bad decision could have been made due to the higher influences the individual has and it may leads to fail.
