Simulated meat uses vegetable as its ingredients, cause it to have more minerals and vitamins than regular meat. The author, howerer, asserts that eventhough simulated meat is made from vegetable which is healthier, the processes to make simulated meat are not healty because the processes use oil and sodium which are bad.

Finally, the author posits that simulated meat contains fewer bacteria unlike regular meat. The aurthor also contends that simulated meat are cooked nicely that to bacteria are survive, thus it is safer than regular meat. In contract, the lecture says that despite of less bacteria, simulated meat can cause unexpected alergic reaction. He notes that people usually know which type of regular meat than they can not eat, but because simulated meat contains multiple ingredients, it is impossible to distinguish which vegetable that cause the alergic reaction. Thus, simulated meat is not safer than regural meat.
