It can also reduced unemployment rates. For example, if a full time employee work for 4 days a week they will have more time to spend with their family, able to finish private tasks also, they for leisure activities. On the contrary, according to the lecturer, he refutes what's the reading was all about. The lecturer states that working 4 days a week will cause more problems it will increase the company health benefits. The lecturer refutes that employees will work overtime that would end up with cutting more jobs. In conclusion, working for 4 days has advantages and disadvantages .
