TPO-22 - Integrated Writing Task

The lecture which professor gives imposes critical disagreement to the content of article.

The first reason which is imposed by professor is in contradiction to the point that ethanol manufacture would add to global warming issues caused by carbon dioxide emission. he asserts that the process of producing ethanol fuel comprises of growing plants through time which could absorb a much amount of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere that is a much greater amount compared to the amount of CO2 released during ignition process.

The second reason in contrast to article is the fact that producing ethanol is not bound to the use of animal food and it could be obtained from cellulose in various parts of a plant.

The third and the last reason is in regard to higher prices of ethanol in a condition that costs would not be supported by the government. professor has a positive prospect of the future in the ethanol production industry and he assumes that if the command for the ethanol fuel would be increased in the future, the production of ethanol will increase subsequently and as a result the costs would decline significantly. The exact prediction would be if the utilization increases by 3 times compared to the current situation, the costs would decrease to 40 percent.
