The lecturer disputes some interesting recent findings about the remains of the exact animal tissues of Tyrannosaurus. He suggests that a close observation should be carried out on the investigation.Hence, he finds the research unconvincing.
The reading posits that while conducting the research, the fossilized leg bone showed the presence of soft, flexible organic substance inside the branching channels. However, the lecturer refutes this by saying that the presence of blood vessels may represent something else. He explained that long ago when an organism dies, bacteria's colonizes the bones and creates a hollows. As a result, the bacteria leaves traces of organic materials. It is probable that those traces are moist soft residues of the bacteria.
Second, the lecturer contends that primitive animals did not posses red blood vessels when they once lived. More so,
the spheres were probably of different origin and consists of pieces of reddish neurons. On the contrary, the reading states microscopic examination depicted that presence of spheres which could be the remains of the red blood cells containing iron.
Finally, lecturer avers that collagen never existed in animals of 100 thousand years ago, which obviously contradicts the fact that Tyrannosaurus, an animal of 70 million years will definitely being void of collagen. He confirms that most recent evidence about the presence of collagen is in human skin. Therefore, it is feasible to say that those traces of collagen must have evolved when the researchers were carrying out the tests. On other hand, the reading holds an opposite view.
