On the other hand, the lecture refutes this, by saying the argument mentioned in the passage does no significant true and they use it like an emergency back up.
First of all, the reading claims that electronic records can help reduce costs. However, the lecture argues the doctor usually discontinue the recording use the electronic medical system, and they still using the pen and paper to write the patients records so they still pay for record cost.
