TPO-50 - Integrated Writing Task: Scientists are considering the possibility of sending humans to Mars in the coming decades. Although there have been successful manned missions to the Moon in the 1960s and 1970s, Mars is 150 times further away from Earth

The reading and lecture are about team works. The author of the reading believes that if the company give anew project to a group of employee, there are many advantages will the company gain. The lecturer casts doubt on the claims made in the article. He think that it will be totally inefficient.
First of all, the author claims that the work will done so quickly. He believes that the team will have boarder knowledge base more that the single individual and more skill so that is why make the work easier and faster , particularly in make decisions . This point challenged by the lecturer. He says that it will be time consuming. Furthermore,He points that not every member will be agree so fast about other's opinion, so it will dramatically long to make one decision.
secondly, The author states that the team work able to make a creative solution, He argues that the team work are more likely to make risky decision and figure out a new ideas. This arguments is rebutted by the lecturer. He suggest that there are no active ideas will discover. He elaborates on this point by mentions that all the new idea will be eliminated so quickly since not every one will agree about it so now one will be responsible about the mistake that will be done.
Finally, the author mention that is better to shine in group of people. He's opinion is that the active worker will culminate in a group. The lecturer. on the other hand, feels that totally wrong.He put forth the idea that if one is active worker and the other doing nothing, and the project succeed, so all the workers will be rewarding.
In conclusion, the lecturer casts doubt on all the ideas and theories that presented by the reading.
