Both author and lecturer offer two opposing views on the feasible main source of the sound "quacker". Finally, the text posits that the secretly patrolling by the foreign military in this region as the possible source of this sound. On the other hand, the professor refutes the feasibility of this factor. Based on her assertion, the reporter of sound indicated that the sound moves fast; on contrast, there is no any submarine to be capable of quick movement. In addition, whole submarines emit engine sound; however, there was no report about this sound with the quacker. Moreover, inasmuch as they do not have this technology to build a submarine with that speed and silence, the option of the foreign submarines automatically is eliminated.
