Living abroad has both distressed sides and stimulating, impressive sides. When a person lives in abroad, should change and adapt himself/herself to country’s culture and their social values. This process is sometimes difficult to new comers but it is obvious that living with unfamiliar culture develop person’s worldview. These adaption periods, definitely depend on person’s character. Easy going ones or curious ones surmount this adjument era with less effort than other ones. This adjustment period contain couple of things. For instance, food culture, social values, behaviors and most important one person’s attitude to new culture.

First, all human beings feel uncomfortable when something distorts their living style. One of the these are living abroad. Living abroad means new life style, new friends having different sight to world and new food tastes. When adjusting yourself to new community, you prefer to keep away from everything to avoiding false imppresion and behaviors. Because your behaviour which implies good things in the hometown may implies bad things. For example, in Turkey a particular hand movement which mean food is delicious, thanks to chef stands for “Shut up!” in Asia Countries. Thus, new comers might be misunderstood by local people. However, easy going and open to learning person can surpass easily.

Each community has different food culture. For example, Indians love spicy meals, Japoanese food culture is based on fish and rice, Mexicans interest in hot and bitter meals. Because of this reason, new comers don’t feel familiar with these food and try to find their favorite foods. If you are curious of local foods and insterested in new tastes, in a short time you adopt yourself to new foods and cuisine.

In conclusion, everything has both good sides and bad sides. Living abroad is a good change to improve yourself and experience new things. Even if, adjustment period annoys nee comers, advantage of living abroad vary raging from making new friends to enlarging your vision.
