The lecture was discussing the different types of microscopes. The lecturer firstly provided information about the different sizes which indicates that a simple microscope and compound microscope are fundamental elements. Finally, whereas principles of microscope working attribute to the lenses and tube, the significance of magnification would relate to not only lenses but also black, tube connected, and top lens, so as not to undermine the implications of large compound, high-quality magnification, electronic microscope, plate form, and surface as well as resolution. It is important to know that magnification is not important as much as resolution.
