Some people believe the large shopping malls are replacing local shops which is bad for local economies. What is your opinion?
Modern man has raised from the bullock cart age to the computer era at a breakneck speed, accompanied by vast improvements in the standards of living. Likewise, some individuals claim that large shopping malls are replacing the small shops, which is not good for local economy. I partially agree with this statements. So I will discuss both views and give my own opinion in upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, it is right said that change is the law of nature, because it is inevitable to keep pace with changing times, likewise, some people think that large malls play in important role in developmental field, where people get all types of products, due to which they do not have to go otherwhere, which save their energy or time. Moreover, they get receipt in large malls, which do not include any type of deceive. Furthermore, there are many people get employment in the malls, so it also increase the rate of employment, if everyone will be engage in their works then they will not choose astray and rate of poverty will be decreased. Besides this, this proposal also helps to improve the economy of the country.
On the other hand, some people are opposite because when small shops are destroying in order to construct new shopping malls, it is not good for owners of small shops. Apart from this, the owners of that shops cannot install their new business, due to which they will have to face many financial problems.
In conclusion, every coin has two sides, likewise this topic also has mixed bag. But according to mu opinion, government should help to owners of small shops,
