Your foreign friend is considering coming to your country to visit, but he/she doesn’t know how to plan the trip. What suggestion do you give him/her?
If a friend of mine is coming to my country, I will suggest him starting his trip from Shiraz where is a historical city located in south of Iran. I will recommend it for a couple of reasons.
First, an ancient city might be attractive for everyone and Shiraz is one those famous city. Takhe Jamshid for example, was the ceremonial capital of Achaemenid Empire is situated in Shiraz. By visiting Takhte Jamshid my friend can gain a lot of information about civilization of my country.
Second, Shiraz handicrafts are the best. If my friend has a travel to Shiraz, he might be surprised by its handicrafts. He can buy them as a souvenir for his family.
That’s why it’s my suggestion.
