5. In most parts of the United States, the driving age is 16 years, but in some rural areas, it is 14 years. Give your opinion of this situation.

In my opinion, it's an early age to be able to learn to drive because driving is great responsibility and not many adolescents have the necessary maturity of this kind of task. In fact, teenagers' mind is still developing, especially their social and emotional development and tend to make many risky and spontaneous decisions. In my country, the legal age of driving is 18 years old and this age is considered to be the milestone of entering into adulthood. Nevertheless, if teenagers make good decisions, show exceptional behavior and obey the rules at the age of 16 or 14, I don't see this as a problem.
