The table describe the weekly rents property (E/W) and salary needed (e/year) in three different area of London, Notting hill, regent’s park and Fulham. In addition data has been illustrated for three distinct bedroom.
Totally with increasing the bedroom expenditure has been rised. The maximum amount of weekly rent is calculated in Notingham hill for three bedroom (738 E/w), in addition one bed in FUlham by 215 E/w has the latest rents among all. On the whole weekly rents for notingham hill is more expensive and for fulham is less expensive than regent’s park.
In other hand salary needed depend on weekly rents and according to number of bedroom has been grown. Three bedroom in nitingham hill by 194000 salary needed is the most expensive and one bedroom in fulham by 56500 salary needed is the cheapest.
At reason regents park with the middle accommodation expense may be the most suitable place for tenanting.
